Hire FAQs

What is a weekend hire?

Thursday to Monday. If we are delivering and collecting to you then this will be on Thursday or Friday depending on work load and delivery schedule.

Are you open weekends?

We are normally out working on events over the weekend. Although we will always work with you and be flexible so that you can collect or return at the most convenient time for you. This is dependant on work load.

Do you provide instructions for the equipment?

Yes! Upon collection we will talk you through how to connect everything together. We also supply you with an instruction sheet. Only videos are available and we are on call through the duration of your hire phone support.

Most of our equipment now has colour coded connections to make things even easier for our customers.

What if something doesn’t work?

All of our equipment is fully cleaned and tested prior to any hire. This means that the chance of any technical issue is very slight. In the very unfortunate scenario that something was faulty we will deliver you a replacement item ASAP.

Can you deliver?

Yes we offer a delivery service. We will drop the equipment to the venue for you to set up and collect again afterwards. Collection times are flexible and we can even collect at the end of your event.

What information will you need from us to hire?

If you would like to book with us we will ask for various details. We will need your home address along with the address where the equipment will be used. We will also ask for ID in the form of a photo ID (Passport or UK Driving Licence) and also proof of address (Utility bill).

How can I pay?

We take a 30% booking fee to reserve equipment for you and then ask for the balance to be paid before the equipment is released to you.

This can be paid by BACS, Bank transfer or Credit/Debit Card payment over the phone or at our office. There may be a small extra charge for Credit Cards.

What if I need to cancel my hire?

In the event of cancellation, any booking fee that has been paid will be forfeited.

Cancellation charges will be made as follows

Notice given 61 or more days prior to event – 50% of remaining balance due

Notice given 60-31 days prior to event – 75% of remaining balance due

Notice given less than 30 days prior to event – 100% of remaining balance due
