Pro Event Hire has evolved to become Pink Lamp!

We needed a fresh brand to emphasise the change in our business and create something new and exciting. We felt that Pro Event Hire was too generic and a little bit boring!

Pink Lamp is a cool new brand which sparks curiosity and reflects our love for all things event lighting. Whilst still keeping the roots of our original core logo and colour scheme.

Our new website is currently being built over at www.pinklamp.co.uk

We booked Pro Event Hire for our wedding on Saturday 2 September! What can I say, the service leading up to the wedding was fantastic. Charlie and the team were great at communicating and their online portal was fantastic. Ross and I got the opportunity to create our own playlist as well as inviting our guests to log in and do the same. The evening went perfectly, the DJ Richard who we were appointed was just lovely. Catered to every request and really go our guests up and dancing. The overall service we have received from pro Event hire has been fantastic, would definitely recommend. I've done a few jobs for Pro-Event hire and the exceptional standard of what these guys did to venues was amazing! Thank you Charlie and the Team at Pro-Event Hire. The whole process of organising our DJ was effortless and could not recommend them more. We were able to select 60 of our favourite hits to play, and the ones we did not want to play, and the DJ built a dedicated playlist around this and effortlessly mixed between the different songs. You could also make some special requests if you wanted including when you wanted particular songs to play. You have as much or as little control as you wanted. The DJ set up discreetly and kept the dance floor full all night long!read more

Pro-Event know how to throw a good party! They DJ’d at our wedding and the night totally exceeded our (high) expectations. Charlie and Richard were fantastic. I was in touch with Charlie over the months planning everything. Richard DJ’d on the night and totally smashed it! He played exactly the kind of music we wanted and had everyone dancing until midnight. It was a very hot day and so the best part of the evening had to be when the guys decided to bring the decks and all the lighting outside so we could party under the stars! It was magical. Our guests didn’t want to the night to be over and were chanting “one more song” at the end, Richard happily obliged! My husband and I had the best night of our lives. Thank you!read more

Hi Charlie - quick thanks from us for the staging, light and sound equipment package you put together for our wedding Sat 30th May at Wilobe Farm Barn. The truss work was delicately installed and kept minimalist. Light programming was simple and effective, and the quality of equipment was very good. Above all, the bands sounded great on the night and guest photos looked fab. You took on an extra challenge with the custom bar light fittings and it really helped the ambiance.
